Centacare FNQ and Catholic Early Learning and Care is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Human Resource Manager to lead the HR team which supports 300 employees across two distinct operations and several industrial instruments.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Human Resource Manager will support a high-performance culture by helping stakeholders navigate complex and sensitive employee relations matters with care and compassion, whilst balancing risk and achieving strategic objectives. This position is based in a values-driven organisation that aims to provide the best possible services to meet the needs of people in our community across the lifespan from early childhood to aged care.
The successful candidate will possess a degree level tertiary qualification and/or significant experience relevant to the position, HR project management skills and proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
The successful candidate must have a Blue Card issued by Blue Card Services and a Yellow Card issued by Qld Disability Worker Screening. It is a mandatory condition of employment for this role for the incumbent to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Evidence of vaccination will be required prior to commencement.
