Centacare's Social Wellbeing Hub is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health. Our Aged Care & Social Support program is for people over the age of 65, or 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders who are living in the community and registered with My Aged Care.
We focus on developing, maintaining and supporting social connection and independence, in an easy-going homelike environment. We are a small centre with a friendly and highly professional team, located at beautiful Holloways Beach.
