This program runs every Thursday.

The Purpose of Pencils, Paint & Poetry Group is to use our creative expression in a variety of ways that promote self-recovery in a safe and supported mutual peer space.

Creative expression points us to new paths, new ways of seeing and solving problems both inside and out. Creative expression taps us into our solution and builds capacity to observe, discover, imagine and create a life we hadn’t known before.

Everyone learns, grows and stretches at their own rate, so these are examples of the things that you can achieve
