The purpose of the Moody Mondays discussion group is to:

  1. Check in and discuss our emotions in a safe and supported environment.
  2. To support each other and explore ways to manage our emotions.

By attending the group you will have increased skills in:

  • Making peer connections with others living with similar experiences.
  • Increased ability to manage difficult and challenging emotions.

Everyone learns, grows and stretches at their own rate, so these are examples of the things that you can achieve.
