Who can access EAP?

EAP is available to employees of organisations that have negotiated an agreement with Centacare FNQ.

You can access confidential counselling support provided by independent, qualified and professional counsellors. 

The provision of EAP will be negotiated with Centacare FNQ and your employer.

Confidentiality

All EAP consultations are strictly confidential. This means no information will be shared about you unless authorised by you in writing or required under Australian law. In the case of a workplace issue, you may authorise your counsellor to discuss specific issues/information with your manager or another person to help address the situation.
