Recovery coaching is recognised as an effective way to work in partnership with people in reclaiming their lives.
We offer a niche service providing personal coaching and group learning for people with a severe mental illness that supports their efforts towards a life full of hope, meaning and purpose.
Recovery Coaches work with people on individually tailored plans aimed at supporting them to get better at things they identify need improvement in their lives.
Coaching sessions can take place in people's homes, in the community or at our venue. They may be face to face, or by telephone, email or internet.
The sorts of things people may choose to get better at will be varied and personal, however we know some of the common barriers to a full life can include challenges with relationships, communication, work, friends, loss of confidence, low self- esteem, worries over money, accommodation, physical health and loneliness.
Our Recovery Coaches have a mix of personal professional and lived experience with a passion for wellbeing.
