Purpose

Are you feeling stressed, overloaded or mentally exhausted? Beginners Meditation is a group that looks at bringing a variety of practical and simple meditation strategies to calm and still the mind.

Desired Outcomes

  • How does the mind affects us; physically, mentally and emotionally.
  • How can the mind be changed and tamed.
  • How can this be beneficial for us; physically, mentally and emotionally.
  • How to train inner “agitations” and live in the present moment.

Everyone learns, grows and stretches at their own rate, so these are examples of the things that you can achieve.

Registration for the program is essential.
